Russell's has earned a reputation for being one of the best restaurants in Lochaber, being awarded 2 AA rosettes, assuring high standards of service and quality. Dinner menus change regularly and offer fresh seafood from Mallaig, prime Scotch beef, Highland lamb, game and venison. The dinner menu offers a choice of a 2 or 3 course option. Robert and Glen's passion for quality exudes throughout Russell's from its menu to its decor. Glen carefully selects his menu from what is in season whilst Robert's attention to detail front of house complements the Russell's experience.

The restaurant is tastefully furnished with quality glassware, crockery and cutlery, offering diners a relaxed and informal setting. Guests can also enjoy our Garden Room for pre-dinner drinks and coffee; somewhere to unwind and chat with other guests. Our menu is complemented by a varied and affordable wine list which evolves annually introducing new producers and regions.

Our Garden Room also offers the luxury of afternoon tea for that special ocassion. Fine china and silverware complement the menu of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, cakes and pastries. The selection of teas and infusions makes this a memorable experience, one that must be repeated.

Guests with special dietary requirements are most welcome and with advance notice special dishes can be prepared.

During the winter months the restaurant is closed on a Monday and Tuesday . We are open for dinner only Wednesday to Sunday. A special menu is offered on a Wednesday & Sunday - 3 course dinner for £22.95
