The menu changes regularly and offers freshly prepared cuisine using the finest of Scottish produce. Dishes include rack of lamb, medallions of venison as well as a selection of fresh fish and vegetarian options.

As Russell's reputation spreads further afield, it is wise to reserve a table in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during the summer months when the restaurant is very busy with residents, locals and visitors.
